Holiday property - 't Sjouwtje

't Sjouwtje is a small but nice holiday home, quietly located in the heart of Hoorn, with a view of the historic church. The cottage is within walking distance of the forest and the dunes, but also of cozy restaurants and nice shops. This makes 't Sjouwtje an ideal base on the island, both in summer and in the low season.

GENERAL
The cottage is located in the corner of a large garden with fruit trees and offers a lot of privacy. Children can play safely, there are several seats, there is a hammock and you can light a fire. 't Sjouwtje is small, but tastefully decorated in light colors and beautiful vintage (design) furniture. There are books, toys and games for all ages and for the little ones there is a high chair and camping bed (in the storage room) available!

DESCRIPTION
Well insulated, single-storey wooden house (43 m) in a large enclosed garden (335 m) with the liveliness of the village and the tranquility of the beach, forest and dunes within walking distance.

ROOM
Surface 17 m2, central heating, wooden floor, three-seater sofa, coffee table, armchair, stool. Four seater dining table plus space for a high chair. Internet, television, radio, books and games.

KITCHEN
Separate kitchenette with a 4-burner gas stove plus extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, toaster and coffee maker. Coffee, tea, spices and salt and pepper for use.

SANITARY
Small bathroom with toilet, shower and sink with a hot and a cold tap plus a wooden drying rack. Washing machine available in the storage room, drying can be done on the washing line in the garden.

BEDROOMS
't Sjouwtje has two bedrooms adjacent to the living room, each with two sleeping places. The beds are not ideal for very tall people:

1: Double bed (synthetic duvets) 1.40 x 1.95 m

2: 2 x single beds (synthetic duvets) 0.80 x 2.00 m

A camping bed (available) or mattress (bring your own) can be placed between the beds in room 2. Both bedrooms contain a wardrobe and drawers. There are also books and some toys in the bedrooms. Freshly laundered and ironed bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are available for rent.

PETS

OUTSIDE
Large garden with south-facing terrace, closed with a gate. Several seats, a hammock (summer) and fire pit available. Parking space on site.
