Holiday home Deugniet is a new, comfortable and modern furnished holiday home, suitable for up to 4 people and a baby. Very quietly situated in the forest in the middle of Terschelling, just behind the dune area of Midsland Noord.

In the living room (45 m²) you will find a corner sofa and an armchair with a 4K HDR OLED Smart TV, a Sonos Arc Soundbar and a Sub subwoofer. There is a dining table with four chairs. The living room has patio doors to the terraces at the sitting area. The open kitchen has a kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine with milk frother, toaster, citrus press, mixer, all from Smeg. There is also a refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and an induction hob with extractor hood. In the hall on the east side of the Deugniet there is a separate toilet with washbasin.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, all of which have 2 single beds with single duvets. All beds are Swiss Sense beds (size 80 x 200 cm). The bedrooms are on the upper floor together with a separate bathroom with a bath, shower, double sink and bathroom furniture. On the upper floor there is a separate toilet with a washbasin.

There is a high chair and a cot available as standard. On the terrace there is a 6-person lounge set (garden chair cushions available) and on the west side there is a separate terrace with a patio table and chairs suitable for 6. The entrance on the east side has a storage room to put beach equipment, toys, stroller, coats and boots. The washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room on the ground floor. The holiday home is self-sufficient (solar panels) and is evenly heated or cooled by means of a heat pump.

The holiday home is child-friendly. Pets are not allowed. Free WiFi is available. The total surface area of the holiday home is 105 m². Holiday home Deugniet is located on a large private plot of 600 m2, which means it has a spacious garden all around. The accommodation is non-smoking.
