Holiday property - Het Zonneveld

Our semidetached smokeless house is situated on 4-star holiday park De Krim on the island of Texel and with its living space of 90m2 it can acommodate up to 6 people. The house has sufficient parking space for two cars and is conveniently located with respect to the central facilities of the park and is still quiet.

The spacious and sunny garden (451 m2) is situated around the house, which offers sufficient space for children to play in, providing access to the garden and sheltered terrace through the double doors into the kitchen. Free Wifi with sufficient speed for heavier use is present.

Division

Ground floor
The entrance/ hallway gives access to the bathroom, bedroom and living room. The bathroom has a toilet, a bath, shower (within the bath), sink and decorative radiator. The bedroom on the ground floor has two box spring beds, a wardrobe and a cot. The seating area of the living room is directed towards the fireplace. The garden-oriented kitchen has a 6 person dining area with french doors to the garden terrace. The living room is equipped with a 50 channel Smart TV which has a HDMI connection, a PlayStation 3 with two controllers and several games (and the possibility to access your personal Netflix account) a DVD- player and a HiFi set. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffymachine (filter) and dishwasher. A washing machine and clothes horse can be found in the storage room which is accessible via the terrace.

Second floor
The landing upstairs provides access to a separate toilet-/ washroom and two bedrooms and is childfriendly due to the presence of a stairgate. The toilet-/ washroom is fitted with a toilet and a washbasin. Both bedrooms have two box spring beds and a cupboard.

Holidaypark „De Krim“ has many facilities; a swimming pool with wonderful water slides an indoor children's playground, a large outdoor playground, multiple restaurants, a hairdressing salon, a farm / equestrian center, a climbing park, an indoor miniature golf and laser tag, a cafe, a supermarket (with real Texel products) and bike rental. In addition “De Krim” is a stone's throw from the golf course “De Texelse”, the lighthouse, nature reserve “De Slufter” and the boat to Vlieland.
