A holiday home, partly renovated in recent years, with a completely new kitchen installed in including all luxury appliances, partly new plumbing in both bathrooms, the sauna has been modernized and the terraces have been redesigned.
Within walking distance of seaside resort De Koog we rent out a modern 8-person holiday home that is equipped with all conceivable conveniences. The house is located on the small and attractive bungalow area Hoog Koog. The location is a short distance from dunes, sea and swimming paradise Calluna.
The holiday home has all daily comforts such as: an infrared sauna, two separate bathrooms with double sinks, two toilets, two showers, underfloor heating, luxury kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Washing machine and dryer are located in a separate laundry room, where you can also find the microwave and an extra refrigerator with freezer compartment. Three spacious bedrooms, one on the ground floor which also has a television. Two large sun terraces. This bungalow offers plenty of privacy and comfort. With the beach, dunes, forest, heathland and sea in the immediate vicinity, your holiday is complete.

Wat een super mooi groot vakantie huis, echt werkelijk waar alles was aanwezig, bv: strijkplank, strijkijzer, fohn ,2 barbecues enz enz..
In het echt is het huis veel mooier dan op de foto's!!
Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van een weekje Texel van 12-19 augustus, het was iedere dag strandweer!
Bij de receptie kan je een kruiwagen lenen voor de bagage ( maar dat las ik later pas...?) want je kan je auto niet bij het huis parkeren...
Voor ons was dit de eerste keer en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Beste Sandra,Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie woorden en complimenten! We proberen ons huis altijd zo compleet mogelijk te maken, dus we zijn blij te lezen dat alles aanwezig was. Het klopt dat u de auto niet bij het huis kunt parkeren, maar dat is voor ons tegelijkertijd ook de charme van het park.

"Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage"

Als langjährige Texel-Fans haben wir schon viele Ferienhäuser kennengelernt. Dieses ist eindeutig eines der besten. Besonders die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Egal, welches Küchengerät gebraucht wird, es ist bestimmt da. Auch die ruhige Lage im Park Hoog Koog ist sehr gut für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Für kleine Kinder war tolles Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Sauna war toll!

Een mooi, schoon en groot huisje. Rustig gelegen vrij in de natuur. Grote tuin er omheen met terrassen waar je heerlijk zit. Prima huisje voor meerdere stellen vanwege tweede badkamer boven en grote zitkamer.

Wij zijn nu (helaas) weer thuis en hebben zeer genoten tijdens onze tijd op Texel, het weer was ook zeer mooi.
Een werkelijk mooi huis heeft u daar, wij hebben ons erg op ons gemak gevoelt. Compleet uitgerust, er ontbrak niets, zelf mijn vrouw heeft dat bevestigd :)
Ik had liever de parkeerplaats naast het huis gehad, maar dat is niet belangrijk.

"Tolles Haus in guter Lage"

Wir sind mit 7 Personen für ein langes Wochenende dort gewesen! Es war super! Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Inventar gibt alles her. Ein etwas größerer Kühlschrank wäre klasse. Zu dem Haus gehört ein Parkplatz. Je nach Auslastung anderer Häuser kann ggf. ein zweiter genutzt werden. Parken ist aber in der Umgebung ebenfalls möglich.

Het huisje was schoon, fris en ruim.Rustige ligging en toch alles in de buurt. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.
