Through the hall with toilet and storage room you enter this luxury villa to then walk through to the cozy living room with flat screen TV with digital cable, radio and Blu-ray DVD/CD player and an area of 55m2. The living room is luxurious and attractively furnished with a gas fireplace and you can relax there after a long walk on the beach or through the beautiful countryside of Texel. From the conservatory you can enjoy the space around you.

The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped and has all conveniences such as a grill oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, juicer, hand blender and kettle. The perfect place to prepare a delicious meal for you and your family.

Also in the bedroom you can enjoy the luxury of this villa. On the first floor you will find the first of the three bedrooms. This bedroom is luxuriously furnished with 2x single box spring beds and flat screen TV with an adjoining luxurious bathroom with double steam cabin, whirlpool, 3rd toilet, bathroom cabinet and hair dryer. A wonderful place to rest well after a long day and then continue to enjoy your vacation.

Upper floor with Finnish sauna and Sunshower
On the upper floor of this luxury villa you will find two bedrooms, each with 2x single box spring beds and their own flat screen TV. Also, one of the two bedrooms has a large balcony to enjoy the beautiful Texel view.
The upstairs bathroom is an oasis of wellness and you can enjoy the Finnish sauna or freshen up after a day at the beach in the walk-in shower with sunshower. The Sunshower provides a safe, healthy dose of UV light for vitamin D for more energy and a healthy color, and infrared light relaxes, stimulates circulation and relieves pain. You use Sunshower while you shower. The bathroom is also equipped with a second toilet and bathroom cabinet.
