The spacious country house is located on the edge of the heathland overlooking the beautiful Texel landscape. With a total area of 170 m2 and large garden, you have enough space for a vacation with plenty of peace and privacy. In this country house you will feel right at home on the impressive island of Texel.

First floor with conservatory and kitchen diner
Through the hall you enter the house, which is equipped with a toilet and shower. From the hall you walk into the spacious and cozy kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffeemaker, Senseo machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. In the well-equipped kitchen you can prepare delicious meals.

From the kitchen you can go to the spacious living room with digital cable flat screen TV, radio, Blu Ray DVD/CD player and wood stove so you can stay warm when it is cold outside. Adjacent you will find the conservatory with French doors to the garden. Here you can enjoy the view.'

On the first floor you will also find a bedroom with 2 x single box spring beds and a sink with hot and cold water. The beds are equipped with comforters. Rental of linen is required. For the little ones there is a wooden crib. For this you must bring your own linen.

Upper floor with three bedrooms
Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms where you can relax after a long day on Texel. Each bedroom has 2 x single box spring beds and a sink with hot and cold water. Upstairs you will also find a bathroom with 2nd toilet, bath/shower and sink where you can freshen up.

The ultimate vacation on Texel
The spacious house has central heating and underfloor heating in the kitchen. In the bedrooms are linoleum, the living room and conservatory a wooden floor and in the kitchen, hall tiles. The house has a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and parasol.In the garden there is a gazebo.
For the little ones there is a crib, highchair and a stair gate. In addition, the park Landleven has a small playground and trampoline where children can play for hours. There is parking for three cars at the house. The country house has its own Wi-Fi fiber connection (40/10 Mbps), this wireless internet connection is free to use.
New is the charging station for all types of electric cars. In the central parking lot there are 2 charging stations of each (22kw) which is free to use for our guests.
