Spacious vacation home situated in a beautiful location in De Koog!
This spacious vacation home is located in the quiet and spacious street Orchismient within walking distance of the forest, the beautiful wide dunes and the beach of Texel but also within walking distance of the cozy center of De Koog.
After opening the front door you step into a spacious central hall. From the hall you reach the large kitchen/living room as well as the 2nd living room and the 5 bedrooms. In the large kitchen is a spacious dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a large oven, an induction hob (5 hobs), a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a Quooker faucet (for instant boiling water), a Nespresso coffee machine, a coffee machine (filter), a blender and a toaster. Of course, there is plenty of crockery. In the living area there is a lovely lounge sofa where you can watch TV.
You can reach the garden through the kitchen's French doors. The garden is completely fenced. In the garden there is a garden table with chairs but also a large wooden (picnic) table with benches. In the indoor storage room you will find cushions for the garden chairs and the barbecue (coal-fired).
In the second living room there is a large lounge sofa and a TV with a PlayStation (PS4).
The vacation home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
All bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds and a closet (with the exception of 1 bedroom). In one of the bedrooms there is also a (sleeping) couch. The 2 large bathrooms have a toilet, a (walk-in) shower and a washbasin. In the small bathroom there is a toilet and a walk-in shower, the washbasin is in the open space next to it.
There is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a vacuum cleaner.
Wifi is of course available.
The entire vacation home is on one level (no thresholds) and has underfloor heating.
Young people are only welcome if the parents are present throughout the period (including at night).
